Growth Hacker Marketing

Marketing Partner

Why it Works - Value Based Pricing

Hiring a marketing agency doesn’t have to be expensive and only for large companies.

I’m not paid according to how much you spend; I’m paid according to how much you grow.

My only incentive is your growth.

Instead of hiring a company at X hours per month, when you hire Growth Hacker Marketing, I work to achieve the goals we set out. That means, I will work more effectively and efficiently, instead of just “putting in the hours”.

What does it cost?

It’s a simple and transparent payment structure.

  • I charge a one-time, upfront engagement fee followed by a flat-rate monthly fee.
  • The monthly fee is a percentage based off a proprietary scoring matrix that is calculated after you fill out the questionnaire and we go over it (monthly fee is minimum $2000/month).
  • The one-time engagement fee is based off your monthly fee, so engagement fee = 1 month rate.

What is the process?

Step 1: Getting Started

  • After you inquire about the partnership, I’ll send you a questionaire to fill out.
  • We meet for 60 to 90 minutes (completely free of charge with zero obligation) to go over the questionnaire and dig deeper into your target customer, type of media, and marketing budget.

Step 2: Go or No Go

  • Assuming that your company has the infrastructure, backing and resources for growth, at this point you will have to make a decision of whether to go ahead with hiring Growth Hacker Marketing or not.
  • This is the step where you pay the one-time engagement fee.

Step 3: Plan, Plan, Plan

  • I dive deep into your business and operations, needing total transparency, and I present a plan of action.
  • Together, we tweak the plan as needed.
  • In this step, you have not yet started to pay the monthly fee.

Step 4: Execution and Measurement

  • This is when your monthly fee starts, and I start to put the plan into action.
  • Measure and report monthly results.

Step 5: How Did We Do?

  • Annual review.
  • Renewal of services with a new marketing plan.

Common Questions

Imagine you want to landscape your yard, and you get some quotes.

Company A quotes you $10,000 and gives you an estimated completion time of 1 week.

Company B quotes you $10,000 and gives you an estimated completion time of 1 day.

Both quotes involve the same service, in terms of what you want done to your yard.

What is your first thought?

If it’s, “how can Company B charge me $10,000 for 1 day of work?”, then here’s your answer.

Company A has ten employees that are going to plant the trees by hand and excavate the sod area by hand. It will take them 1 week to do it.

However, Company B only has 5 employees, so how can they do it in 1 day?

Here’s the answer.

Company B has mechanized equipment, which cost them money to buy. Company B has lesser employees, but those employees have more experience, which costs more in wages.

So, by investing in the proper equipment and experience, Company B can produce more effectively and efficiently.

Moral of the story: Pay by value, not time.

  • Your business must have the ability to scale in terms of funding, resources, and infrastructure
  • Your business must be in an industry with market potential for growth
  • You must conduct your business in an honest and transparent manner – I don’t partner with bad people
  • I charge a one-time, upfront engagement fee followed by a flat-rate monthly fee.
  • The monthly fee is a percentage based off a proprietary scoring matrix that is calculated after you fill out the questionnaire and we go over it (monthly fee is minimum $2000/month).
  • The one-time engagement fee is based off your monthly fee, so engagement fee = 1 month rate.
  • I don’t charge by the hour – our merit is completely based on results
  • I believe in running lean, meaning I’m not going to suggest things that are unnecessary or that cost more than they should
  • I am available to you seven days a week
  • I focus on both Sales and Marketing

After five minutes pass, the odds of connecting and qualifying with the lead drop 80%.

So, let me do it for you, and you’ll have a much better chance at landing turning that 80% into profit.

Everything we do will be planned out before we do it, and everything will be measured. You will know if we hit, miss, or exceed monthly targets.

You are getting a Director of Marketing level skillset at your disposal for less than the cost of hiring an in-house marketing coordinator.

The answer to this question depends on several factors, such as are you a B2B company, or are you more B2C?

B2B is usually between 2% and 5% of your annual revenue.

B2C is usually between 5% and 10% of your annual revenue.
